Terms and conditions of entry

  1. The promotion is being conducted by Tennis SA ABN 19 103 003 187 of P.O. Box: 43, North Adelaide, South Australia 5006, Australia.

 

  1. The promotion is subject to these terms and conditions. Information in respect of entry to and prizes of the promotion form part of these terms and conditions.

 

  1. The promotion runs from 9:00am ACST Monday 21 October 2019 to 5:00pm ACST Sunday 8 December 2019 (“Promotion Period”)

 

  1. Entry to the promotion is open to any child (parental consent required) who registers within an ANZ Tennis Hot Shots school’s carnival event in South Australia. To enter, eligible entrants must register their details on the promotion’s entry page – bit.ly/adelaidetennisschoolspromo

 

  1. Entry into this promotion is deemed to be an acceptance of these terms and conditions by the Eligible Entrants.

 

  1. Entries which are incomplete, illegible or not completed or submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be accepted. Tennis SA reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and the disqualify entrants that tamper with the entry process. Tennis SA is not responsible for entries that are not received, or are received late by Tennis SA. All entries will be the property of the property of Tennis SA and will not be returned to the Eligible Entrant.

 

  1. The winning entries will be drawn through the use of a random number generator. Entries will be drawn at 9:00am ACST Monday 9 December 2019.

 

  1. Five (5) entries will be randomly selected as the major winners (prize details below). All entries in to the promotion will be eligible to redeem a free racquet upon entry to the Adelaide International by presenting at the Family Zone and giving their name and details they used to enter this promotion.

 

  1. Winning entries will be notified via telephone and email within three business days after the entry has been drawn. Prize winners’ names (first initial, last name and suburb) will be published on the Tennis SA website.

 

  1. Prize winners will receive one (1) ‘VIP Adelaide International Family Package’ which includes:
  • 4 x Tickets to the Adelaide International (2 x Adult ground passes and 2 x kids ground passes)
  • 1 x Coin toss
  • 1 x Behind the scenes tour
  • 4 x Official Adelaide International caps (or similar merchandise)

 

  1. Minimum value of the major prize package is $50 + money can’t buy. Five (5) winners will be drawn at random per the above method, and the winners will receive the above package to the sessions outlined below:
  • Friday, January 17 (day session) – 1st winner drawn
  • Thursday, January 16 (day session) – 2nd winner drawn
  • Wednesday, January 15 (day session) – 3rd winner drawn
  • Tuesday, January 14 (day session) – 4th winner drawn
  • Monday, January 13 (day session) – 5th winner drawn

 

  1. If a particular component of any of the major prizes is not available for any reason, Tennis SA may substitute that component of that prize with another component of equal or greater value.

 

  1. The prizes are subject to the terms and conditions of each respective provider of individual of component of the prizes.

 

  1. The prizes, or any unused portion of it, are not exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash or substituted as another service. However, in exceptional circumstances, Tennis SA has the discretion to provide similar items or services of an equivalent value.

 

  1. The prizes are not transferable.

 

  1. Any costs in excess of the value of any prize and all ancillary costs associated with redeeming any prize are the responsibility of the winner of the prize. Tennis SA shall not be liable for any prizes that have been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in anyway.

 

  1. Tennis SA will collect, use and disclose the personal information of eligible entrants for the purpose of conducting this promotion, including announcing and publishing the prize winners’ names and disclosing winner’ details where required.
